Shift Massage

My name is Michael Velzy.  I am a Registered Massage Therapist, licensed and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as well as a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario and a graduate of The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.

After many years in the dental field I decided it was time for a meaningful change, and focus my efforts on healing the body as a whole. I pride myself in treating every client with the utmost care and respect.

I am a dedicated, driven, educated and compassionate therapist: all things that I find are a must in this field.

I utilize techniques such as deep muscle, Swedish, neuromuscular and myofascial release just to name a few.
